How to Fix WiFi Calling Issues on Your iPhone 6
Troubleshooting WiFi Calling
If you're having trouble using WiFi calling on your iPhone 6, there are a few things you can do to troubleshoot the issue:
Check with Your Carrier
WiFi calling is a carrier feature, so if it's missing, you'll need to work with your carrier as it's most likely a provisioning issue on their end.
Make Sure WiFi Calling is On
Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure Wi-Fi Calling is on.
Try a Different Wi-Fi Network
Not all Wi-Fi networks work with Wi-Fi Calling. Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to see if that solves the issue.
Turn WiFi Calling Off and On Again
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This will turn off Wi-Fi calling and then turn it back on.
Contact Apple Support
If you've tried all of the above and you're still having trouble with WiFi calling, you can contact Apple Support for help.
